< Msecure Co., Ltd. >('spyscanner.net' referred to as 'SpyScanner') hereby establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of data subjects in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

○ This Privacy Policy will be effective from April 5, 2024.


Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The personal information being processed is not used for any other purposes than the following and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as obtaining separate consent.

Article 4 (Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction)


① The Company shall destroy personal information without delay if the retention period of personal information has expired, the purpose of processing has been achieved, or the personal information has become unnecessary.

② If the retention period agreed upon with the information subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but it is necessary to preserve the personal information under other laws, the Company shall move the personal information to a separate database or store it in a different location to preserve it.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of the Information Subject and Legal Representative and Method of Exercise)



① The information subject may exercise the right to access, correct, delete, and stop processing personal information against the Company at any time.

② The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 can be made in writing, email, facsimile transmission, etc. under Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act against the Company, and the Company will take action without delay.

③ The information subject can exercise the right under paragraph 1 through a legal representative or delegate. In this case, the information subject must submit a power of attorney according to the form of Annex 11 of the "Guidelines for Personal Information Processing Methods (No. 2020-7)"

④ The right to access and request for processing cessation under paragraph 1 may be restricted under Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

⑤ The request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as the collection object by another law.

⑥ The Company shall take necessary measures to ensure that the information subject can exercise the right under paragraph 1.



Article 6 (Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information)

< Msecure Co., Ltd. > takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

1. Regular internal audits
We conduct regular (once every quarter) internal audits to ensure the security of personal information handling.

2. Minimization and education of employees handling personal information
We designate employees who handle personal information and limit them to the responsible persons to minimize and manage personal information.

3. Establishment and enforcement of an internal management plan
We establish and enforce an internal management plan for the secure processing of personal information.

4. Technical measures to prevent hacking
Msecure Co., Ltd. (SpyScanner) installs security programs and performs periodic updates and inspections to prevent personal information leakage and damage caused by hacking, computer viruses, and other threats. We also install systems in areas with controlled access and monitor and block them both technologically and physically.

5. Storage and Prevention of Tampering of Access Records
We store and manage the access records of the personal information processing system for at least one year. However, if personal information of more than 50,000 individuals is added or if sensitive information or unique identifying information is processed, we store and manage it for at least two years. Additionally, we use security features to prevent the tampering, theft, or loss of access records.

6. Restriction of Access to Personal Information
We grant, change, and revoke access rights to the database system that processes personal information to control access to personal information, and use an intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from external sources.



Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Devices of Personal Information)



Msecure does not use 'cookies' that store and retrieve usage information of information subjects.

Article 8 (Details of Personal Information Protection Manager)

① Msecure is responsible for overall management of personal information processing, and has designated a personal information protection manager as follows to handle complaints and remedies related to personal information processing.

② If you have any inquiries, complaints, or requests related to the protection of personal information that arose while using Msecure's services or business, you can contact the personal information protection manager and department in charge. Msecure will respond and handle your inquiries promptly.

Article 9 (Department Receiving and Processing Requests to Access Personal Information)
An information subject may request access to his/her personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act to the department below.
Msecure will make efforts to promptly process information subject's requests to access personal information.



Article 10 (Remedies for Infringement of Data Subject's Rights)



The data subject may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency Personal Information Infringement Report Center to receive remedies for personal information infringement. 제5조(정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 그 행사방법에 관한 사항)



① 정보주체는 (주)엠시큐어에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는(주)엠시큐어에 대해 「개인정보 보호법」 시행령 제41조제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 (주)엠시큐어은(는) 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

③ 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다.이 경우 “개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시(제2020-7호)” 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

④ 개인정보 열람 및 처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 정보주체의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.

⑤ 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.

⑥ (주)엠시큐어은(는) 정보주체 권리에 따른 열람의 요구, 정정·삭제의 요구, 처리정지의 요구 시 열람 등 요구를 한 자가 본인이거나 정당한 대리인인지를 확인합니다.



제6조(개인정보의 안전성 확보조치에 관한 사항)

< (주)엠시큐어 >은(는) 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

1. 정기적인 자체 감사 실시
개인정보 취급 관련 안정성 확보를 위해 정기적(분기 1회)으로 자체 감사를 실시하고 있습니다.

2. 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육
개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하고 담당자에 한정시켜 최소화 하여 개인정보를 관리하는 대책을 시행하고 있습니다.

3. 내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행
개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 내부관리계획을 수립하고 시행하고 있습니다.

4. 해킹 등에 대비한 기술적 대책
<(주)엠시큐어>('SpyScanner')은 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 훼손을 막기 위하여 보안프로그램을 설치하고 주기적인 갱신·점검을 하며 외부로부터 접근이 통제된 구역에 시스템을 설치하고 기술적/물리적으로 감시 및 차단하고 있습니다.

5. 접속기록의 보관 및 위변조 방지
개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 1년 이상 보관, 관리하고 있으며,다만, 5만명 이상의 정보주체에 관하여 개인정보를 추가하거나, 고유식별정보 또는 민감정보를 처리하는 경우에는 2년이상 보관, 관리하고 있습니다.
또한, 접속기록이 위변조 및 도난, 분실되지 않도록 보안기능을 사용하고 있습니다.

6. 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한
개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.



제7조(개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치의 설치·운영 및 그 거부에 관한 사항)



(주)엠시큐어 은(는) 정보주체의 이용정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 ‘쿠키(cookie)’를 사용하지 않습니다.
